As our Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be an early and high-impact GTM team member with your work having a tangible impact on Multitude's growth. We have customers who love us, promising pipeline metrics (for example, a 46% conversion rate from trial to paying) and we’ve gained early wins and learnings through content, inbound marketing, word of mouth and building meaningful communities (our Tech Leader Chats now has over 700 product & engineering leaders all around the world).
Now, it’s time to double down and scale the impact of Multitudes. You will play an influential and pivotal role in building and executing a Marketing strategy that delivers meaningful revenue growth. We’re looking for an exceptional generalist - someone who thrives both setting the direction and then delivering on it. You’ll work closely with Sales to scale a pipeline that converts. Ultimately, you are a critical unlock for business growth, driving awareness and demand so that we can connect with values-aligned customers.

This is a role where the sky’s the limit – we’ll support you in the first month to learn more about the product and our audience, and then we’ll back you to take the lead in finding the right experiments, clear messaging, and values-aligned contractors to help us along the way.
