Creative HQ in Wellington recently invited me to be a speaker as part of their CHQ Sessions series. Creative HQ helps innovators around the world to transform their ideas into real-world solutions - the below is adapted from that talk.

At Multitudes, we’re firm believers that diversity, equality and inclusion make every team and every product better. That means that we’ve taken action on it from day one – even with limited time and resources. Many think that now isn’t the right time to work on DEI, because they’re still trying to find product-market fit, they don’t have a “DEI” person, or they don’t have enough confidence in the subject matter to take action.

We’re here to tell you that right now is the perfect time to start thinking about DEI – no matter the size or stage of organisation.

In this talk, I share how Multitudes has incorporated DEI from day one, how it has benefited us, and some actionable ways on how you can start creating an equitable organization.

(When I get time, I’ll come back and write out the talk here in more detail – so watch this space!).
