We’re excited to announce our second raise, bringing us to ~$4M in funding. With this support, we're excited to expand our team and embark on the next chapter of our product journey.
You will be our first full-time go-to-market (GTM) hire. We’re seeing great signs of customer love – as one example, our 46% conversion rate from trial to paying – and we’ve had some early wins on the GTM side – with content, inbound marketing, and our Tech Leader Chats community, which now has ~700 product & engineering leaders all around the world. Now it’s time to scale and help more people learn about our work.
You will play a pivotal role in setting and executing on our go-to-market strategy. We’re looking for a generalist – someone who’s excited about both creating the strategy and executing on it. We’ll share what we’ve done so far, and then you’ll set the strategy, run experiments, and help us decide where to double down. Along the way, you’ll help us communicate clearly to our audience of engineering and product leaders. Once leads come into the funnel, you can hand them off to others on the team for the sale. Ultimately, you will be the main unlock for growth, driving awareness and demand so we can connect with values-aligned customers.

This is a role where the sky’s the limit – we’ll support you in the first month to learn more about the product and our audience, and then we’ll back you to take the lead in finding the right experiments, clear messaging, and values-aligned contractors to help us along the way.
